Why choose a Business Specific Connectivity Solution?

Having a fast and reliable internet connection plays an important part in maximising productivity and efficiency in modern businesses. Choosing a business grade connectivity solution over a standard offering is important because Business Grade Networks ensure data services are prioritised for business customers, so the network doesn’t get overcrowded by heavy consumer traffic.

Unlimited Usage
You can download and upload as much as you need and we’ll never throttle your speeds. We also don’t have any fair usage policies or enforce traffic management at peak times, ensuring you’ll always have a fast and reliable connection. This is something a regular internet provider just can’t offer, but as a specialist business internet provider it pays dividends to have these systems in place.
FREE Static IP
Whilst other providers charge for a Static IP, all our Business Broadband products come with one static IP free of charge.

If you’re unsure whether your Business requires a Static IP, check out our full article on Static IP Addresses here, or for a brief overview see our FAQs at the bottom of this page.

UK Based Technical Support
We’re always here to make sure you get the most out of your business broadband. Not only are our teams UK based, you’ll also be allocated an account manager and a direct line to a customer service representative, so there’s no need to navigate complicated switchboards if you need to contact us.
Business Care
We want to make sure your business is running at maximum efficiency, that’s why our business connectivity products benefit from faster response times and fault fixes. You’ll also be assigned a dedicated customer service representative to assist you when a fault is raised.

How We Can Help Rural Businesses

We know how difficult it can be to secure a fast, reliable connection when your business is located in a rural area – we’ve been there! For that reason, our team are committed to recommending the products and services you need to make sure your business is always online and never being slowed down by internet speeds.

We may recommend a wired connection, or we could explore implementing a 4G/5G rural broadband service which will ensure your business connectivity doesn’t pay the price for your location. Our 5G to Wi-Fi routers may also be a great choice for home offices too, where a full business connection is not needed, but a speedy connection is still key.

4G/5G In The Home
We also offer some broadband services to home addresses too, whether this is through a regular broadband connection, or we can implement 4G/5G broadband at home too with a 5G to Wi-Fi router. Take a look just here to find out more.
