Dedicated Account Management
When you join Nortelco, you’ll be assigned your own Dedicated Account Manager who will act as your primary point of contact for any account queries and changes you may have. Our team are based at our office in Bedale, North Yorkshire but are able to travel should you need their assistance. Sometimes a face-to-face chat adds a level of reassurance and we’re always out assisting clients from the North East, Yorkshire and beyond. Your Dedicated Account manager will work closely with our network partners to ensure any concerns you may have are addressed in a timely manner too.
Quarterly Account Reviews
Your account manager will endeavour to review at your accounts at least once a quarter. This free value-add service includes reviewing the usage and expenditure across all the services we provide, ensuring they meet your current needs.
Comprehensive Technical Support
Nortelco customers have access to our experienced and knowledgeable UK based technical support team to help when you need it most. Our team hold extensive knowledge and experience of our service offering, and if they don’t have the answer straight away, it won’t take them long to find the correct solution.
