Can we keep our existing phone numbers if we transfer over to a Nortelco cloud-based phone system?

Yes! We can port as many numbers from your previous provider across to your new cloud-based office phone system as you require. However, there are very rare situations where we would not be able to port specific numbers to our platform, but we will always ensure the necessary checks are completed before you commit to a new business phone system.

What is the minimum length of contract commitment we need to give you in order to connect with Nortelco?

We want to create a business phone system option which works for any business. We offer solutions from as little as thirty-day recurring to five year contracts; the price will decrease depending on your level of commitment to us.

We work with lots of small business owners to host a cloud-based system which is able to change and grow with their businesses, and Horizon is a great fit not only for small offices but can be amended to suit your business needs across different locations.

We don’t have an IT specialist in our team so we aren’t sure who would be capable of managing our cloud-based phone system. Will you be able to manage our office phone system for us?

Of course! We offer a range of different support packages to support your cloud for business system. These can be customised to suit your business requirements, and we offer a 30-day cooling period, so if you don’t need as much support as you thought you would, you can simply drop to a different support package.

We’re not looking to spend much more than we currently do for our office phone system, how competitive are your prices?

There are a lot of variables to consider when building a cloud-based office phone system; depending on your business’ requirements, the cost could be more or less than you currently pay. However, our cloud-based system, Horizon, offers a lot of premium features and comprehensive disaster recovery options that basic solutions may not offer.

What is cloud for business and why would my business benefit from it?
