When you join Nortelco with a mobile airtime agreement/contract you will receive a new SIM Card Free of Charge. If this is lost or stolen then replacement SIM Cards are available to collect from our Offices in Bedale.

Many clients prefer that we post a replacement SIM Card directly to their address. We can offer the following options for a nominal fee:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Post – Free of Charge (non urgent)
  • Royal Mail Tracked24 – £5.00 RMT24
  • Royal Mail Tracked48 – £4.50 RMT48
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm – £8.65 RMSD1PM
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am – £22.50 RMSD9A

We’ll charge you £5 (£4.17 + VAT) if your bill is not paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

We’d prefer you paid by Direct Debit; you can do this from here Set Up your DD with Nortelco.

We use GoCardless for our Direct Debits and they will make 4 attempts to collect the amount due. If these attempts fail you will receive a £12 (£10 + VAT) Unpaid Direct Debit Charge which will be added to the outstanding balance and will be sent to you via a Paylink for immediate payment.
